I noticed a teeny tiny thing in the description of the .info file, the closing quotation mark is missing from the href.

description = 'Clean, simple starting point for building <a href="http://drupal.org/project/omega target="_blank">Omega</a> subthemes for Commerce Kickstart. <br />HTML5, Responsive, ready to customize...'

I have attached a patch.
