Hello Everyone,

Here's the scene. Noob scene, if you will. (I have worked on Drupal 6 with Panel & Panels Everywhere. But, I would rate myself 'Average' for the theming job I did.)

Design is ready. Omega 3, Omega Tools, Delta, Context, CCK Blocks installed, sub-theme created and configured. 960gs is set. Firebug is firing. Everything seems to be up & running and ready to go. So are global.css, xxx-default.css and xxx-default-normal.css.

WHAT NEXT? A mental block.

I have Googled, Binged, Yahoo-ed, Youtubed, Vimeo-ed and what not, in search of anything that could lead me the way. Though I did learn many things about Omega's qualities, a few do's & dont's, most of resources focus on 'creating the omega sub-theme', either using Omega tools, Drush or manually, hardly anything goes explaining beyond the mere creation of a sub-theme. Or may be it's just me, who is not searching hard enough.

Focussing on CSS Styling post the sub-theme creation, I am posing a few questions, raising a few doubts and seeking advice & suggestions from experts and non-experts, in the hope of getting a few ideas in the right direction.

1. What procedure do/did you follow in the 'Photoshop-To-Theme" process? What tools (both Drupal & non-drupal ), modules do/did you use for the purpose?

2. What articles, resources helped you in understanding Omega 3 CSS Styling better? (Of course, apart from the Omega Handbook)

3. Do/Did you use modules like Display Suit, Sweaver, CSS Injector, Skinr and such many similar ones while working on Omega 3? Is it even a good idea to use them on Omega without breaking the grid system? What is your experience?

4. What are the problems you faced while theming? How did you solve them?

5. What would be your tips, tricks, suggestions for quick, correct and fairly effortless Omega 3 theming? What are the best practices? Any external links shall also help.

I have been struggling since few days on this. Any advice, suggestions shall be greatly beneficial for me.

Thanks in advance.
