The integration guide link that is mentioned on the project page no longer seems to be working...
Is this a temporary problem?

It was hosted on the server of my previous employer. I will have to contact him to find out what is going on.
If for some reason the link cannot be reactivated, I'll include an integration guide in a readme.

There is still a problem with the integration guide. If there is a problem to find hosting, my employer does not mind hosting the demo/integration guide site.

Does anybody have the guide? It's not integrated in the README as far as I can see. I would be willing to host it (or github, or... drupal.org ;) ).

I contacted the company that sponsored initial development of the module and they do not have the guide. They refer to Tom.

Won't-fixing this, because 6.x-1.x is no longer maintained, and 7.x-2.x does not have this problem, as it is a Payment plugin.
