This is the development release of the 5.x og_subgroups rewrite from #255292: A complete rewrite of subgroups module and user/ content propagation. Please file issues against the 5.x-4 version instead of that deprecated issue.

#148450: Add a "view OG_subgroups" Node Tabs Permission

This version fixes the node_access bypass security issue mentioned at #190837: User should not be able set a parent for non-subscribed group
Thanks to Amitaibu for pointing this out! The fix for this also resulted in a new feature. See below.

This upgrade adds several new enhancements.

1. Administration page for subgroups to allow for defining form elements.
2. New parent-child relationships according to node 131976. Thanks to ezra-g for his work.
3. Fix problem with anonymous users viewing memberlist. Issue 138911 (Thanks somebodysysop).

This release makes use of the taxonomy module and is compatible with Drupal v4.7.x
