Refresh permissions

Hi,
it seems that group permission is not refreshed automatically. When I update an existing group and add or remove roles from OG Access Roles then the permissions are not rebuildet.
I always have to go to the global status page and manually rebuild permissions there.
Is there a way to automatically rebuild the permissions (as OG does when changing the visibiltiy field from public to private or vice versa)?
