HTTP 500 Error after installing and enabling Organic Group Module [#2697371]

Hi,

When I installed Organic Group Module HTTP 500 Error occurred.
After Installation I visited main website it shows HTTP 500 Error.
I see in Database Logs but it shows nothing.
When I ran Cron but it also displays HTTP 500 Error.

@bhavikg, you need to provide more context for this. In addition to database logs, you can look into the server error logs for any PHP errors. This might help you find the reason.
