Node is not displaying after Installation of OG Group Module. Displaying 500 Error.

I installed Organic Group Module.

After that I created one Group and inserted data accordingly.

When I try to access site or any node without login it displays 500 error.

When I try to login in Administrator area, shortcuts are not displaying and Cron is also not running.

There may be conflict between module. Please help to diagnose this error.
