This is rather odd. I have a group with a group news content type. When I'm logged in as user1 I can add group news to any group and when browsing a view of the news for a particular group (where each item is displayed as a teaser mind you) I see the nice little cog widget for editing each item.

On the other hand, if I'm logged in as a group member I am properly restricted to only add/edit content in my own group which works fine accept for the fact I cannot see the cog wheel for my group news content when its displayed in the view. This makes it a hassle for me (and ultimately my end users) to edit content. If I go to the browse content page I have edit links for all my content but no edit cogwheel (contextual links) when browsing the view page itself.

Is there something obvious I've missed with my configuration?

I would greatly appreciate any help on this issue - even if its just pointing out that I've skipped something in my site configuration. It seems reasonable that og_context should provide the necessary information to give group members access to the contextual links for group content in teaser mode.
