Update needed for newest dev of Media?

I'm having an issues ever since I updated to the most recent dev version of Media, my videos have stopped working embedding correctly so I only get a preview image instead of the actual video. Markup is:

I suspect it has something to do with the patch in #1504696-126: Integration with CKEditor module. Of course it's possible that this problem has nothing to do with oembed at all, but it seems the most likely.
