Ran a clean install of a local instance but only version 2.1.2 was installed.
I ran a public install on a VPS and 2.1.3 was installed.
How can I force 1.3 on the local instances?

omega8cc CreditAttribution: omega8cc commentedHow do you run this install exactly? It is not possible, unless you are using old copies of downloaded install scripts directly.

snlnz CreditAttribution: snlnz commentedIt's not happening anymore. I've run the install thousands of times in the past so I know it was happening when I initially posted the issue but can't reproduce which is a good thing.
