Indexing request rejected [#3258752]

Hi,
I am facing this error "No: 'noindex'

I added my site to google search console but when I manually index any page I faced this error "Indexing request rejected"

Failed: Server error (5xx)

Is it Google's indexing glitch? Please help resolve this issue.
