Expand "Advanced PHP replacement" fieldset if field has content

When there is some code in the "Advanced PHP replacement" textfield, I think its parent fieldset should be expanded by default rather than collapsed all the time. That way it is obvious that the field is filled in and can't be overlooked. Patch attached.
