Hi,

I'm having the following problem : When I select a region on the node edit form, I am forced to fill-in the visibility field.

Is there a way not to have that field mandatory when I want to display the block on every page?

This feature was in it earlier but was removed because there was much confusion. You can do a form alter if you like in a custom module to add a default value if you like.
