Let FiveStar save the values of the user. At least, the vote values. This way, FiveStar will count the start you give using NodeReview.

You will have the FiveStar module with a comment box.

This requires that the axe name is the same as fivestar tag name. By default FiveStar uses vote, so if you create an axe with this name, the values of NodeReview will be stored in FiveStar.

This patch isn't finished yet. It doesn't check if the NodeReview axe exists in FiveStar. It just saves the data to FiveStar and hopes for the best (no error or failure handling). As long as you use the axe name 'vote' this patch will work.
