Variable implementation for features [#1410364]

I wanted to include my nodeblock settings with my node type into a features. To do this I have to manually select the variables of nodeblock_* to include them. Is it possible that the Variable module API is used to include these definitions and probably strongarm to include them?

I don't know the precise implementation but this would be very valuable.

I think Matglas ment something else... but I guess this has more or less the same result and doesn't require a dependency on variables module. So good job!
