ItangSanjana CreditAttribution: ItangSanjana commentedCreate a new view (ie. block of list recent article) with Semantic Views Tree ass its format.
In short, everything is OK, every one can see the block content.
Now, install Node access user reference (just install), none can see the block content except the one with uid 1.
Than uninstall Node access user reference, everything back to normal.

Bug reports were dismissed and closed without being addressed.

danielb CreditAttribution: danielb commentedI cannot pursue a bug related to integration with another contrib module I'm not familiar with. If you experience this bug and can show that this module is doing something wrong in code then we can address that specific thing.
If it's a general views problem as suggested here https://www.drupal.org/node/1311460 then let's go with fixing that issue.
