Option to display some other node (from a node reference field) as the content of a subpage. This will be a new content plugin, in the new 2.x plugin architecture.

This is now available, thanks to #1602258: Allow plugins to return renderable arrays for subpage content and #1992322: Add the option to select a formatter for field subpages.
