Full width slider

Hello,

i am trying to use nivo slider module to integrate a full width adaptive slideshow on top of the page. I am using adaptive theme and corolla subtheme. When the module print the code for each slide, it prints out the width and height of each image in pixels. Can someone point me on the proper way of achieving having value of 100% instead ?

A starting point would be the module tpl files but I cannot relate the $banners in the module tpl, to where it's actually populated.
