Newsletter Lists failed to send - no published nodes found for their terms

I just want to tell an (existing) bug again.

I tried to send a newsletter with manual sending rate.

In the reports I can find an entry like this:

1 Newsletter Lists failed to send because no published nodes found for their terms
I tried to send the test mail and this one is working so far...

It would be great If someone can tell me how to fix the problem.
