no primary or secondary links [#338610]

Hello,

I have installed your theme and like it very much, but the primary and secondary links do not show up. If I do a <? var_dump($secondary_links);?>
in page.tpl.php I get
array(0) { }

If I switch to any other theme, they show up.

I have had the same problem, and I have followed the instructions at http://demo.roopletheme.com/newsflash/22-using-primary-links-menu, and I still have the problem.
