Is this for 4.6.x? ....and should we really be supporting 4.6.x still? Can't we just concentrate on making the translation files for 4.7.x and 5.x, instead?
If the files are for 4.6.X, I think we should keep them, but spend no more time on updating them (except possibly adding translations from 4.7.x/5.x automatically using gettext tools like msgmerge).
PS! I can do the merging (from time to time) if you, John, are unfamiliar with these tools.

JohnFilipstadOld issue which is no longer relevant. File was used as a reference to the existing localization files.
