Problem/Motivation

When the sidebar is collapsed, the icons should keep the square shape of 40x40px. Right now they are not:

Steps to reproduce

Collapse the sidebar and hover any icon.

Proposed resolution

Adjust the size of the icons when the sidebar is collapsed, and keep an event space both on the right and the left of it.

Note: be aware of the flyout placement when changing the size: it should stay easily reachable/ easy to open.
