Hi. Awesome module! Adds so much to a community site for friends looking for friends/miscellaneous content.
I know how to set permissions and deny access to certain roles but I would like for users to be able to use the "navigate customize" feature of your module but that means they can see all my content types including "panels" and "pages" -- is there a way to hide this content from even showing up under the options where you click which content types you'd like to search under?
Thank you.

markhalliwellHello calefilm,
This is certainly a suggestion that I will look into further. Not entirely sure the best approach, but when and if this gets implemented this ticket will be marked appropriately.
Thank you,
Mark

matsta CreditAttribution: matsta commentedHi,
Has there been any more thought given to implementing the modification described above.
It appears in my testing that if you disable the "navigate customize" permission you then cannot add new favourites (unless I have another issue), so the favourites essentially doesn't work, but if you have "navigate customize" permission enabled you can then see all content types in the search as described above.
I would like to use both the search and favourites functionality, but I would like to set which content types are searchable and not have these content types visible to the user. For the end user of the website in many cases the content type names are not always relevant. These are only relevant for admins.
Cheers..

markhalliwellThis has been rolled into 2.0. We're still in development and have no time frame of completion just yet. I am the only one working on this at the moment and my day job hasn't been giving me enough time lately. Please see #958526: Navigate 6.x-2.x Pre-Beta Testers.
