Upgrade Rabbit Hole to 2.0.x

Problem/Motivation

I noticed a couple of usages of rabbit_hole settings in the distribution and just wanted to give you a heads-up about new 2.0.x Rabbit Hole version. Here is a change record: https://www.drupal.org/node/3359194

There is another important change that will affect the configuration mentioned below: #3374654: Change rabbit hole behavior settings configurations. It is not committed yet, but it will be. You're welcome to test and review.

Affected files:

• config/install/rabbit_hole.behavior_settings.taxonomy_vocabulary_compensation.yml
• config/install/rabbit_hole.behavior_settings.taxonomy_vocabulary_hours.yml
• config/install/rabbit_hole.behavior_settings.taxonomy_vocabulary_programs.yml
• config/install/rabbit_hole.behavior_settings.taxonomy_vocabulary_categories.yml
• config/install/rabbit_hole.behavior_settings.taxonomy_vocabulary_years.yml
• config/install/rabbit_hole.behavior_settings.taxonomy_vocabulary_majors.yml

You might also need to check other contrib extensions that have Rabbit Hole files and are listed as dependencies.
