The module as it currently stands cannot support reporting for multiple sites. eg. If a server has a number of Drupal sites installed, it is not possible to show stats for each on of them.
The reason for this is that the "category" defined in the _munin_api_get_config() drush function hardcodes the category to be 'Drupal'. The outcome is that multiple sites all output their data to the same category, making it impossible to distinguish between the sites.
A solution to this problem is to define the category according to the absolute URL of the site. I will post a patch which does this.

murrayw commentedI have added a category_name variable. An update hook sets this to be "Drupal" maintaining backward compatibility with current installs. New installs can leave the value blank to default to the absolute URL. The user can tweak the value if they want to set it to something pretty.
