Added an option for selecting the default display of the form.
Allow the user to select which step should taxonomy belong to.
Moved button label settings to the admin settings page.

Development version used for testing/adding new features. Make sure you run update.php after upgrading the module.

Note: Due to a change in how access is set for each fieldgroup, once you upgrade, you have to go to each fieldgroup settings form and re-submit it. There will also be a new option to decide whether you want that particular fieldgroup to show on the menu block or not.
