If I'm viewing a site in Spanish, and come across a language neutral page (I'm at that point on /es/patients-families/just-kids, the multilink redirects me to /patients-families/just-kids), which of course is bad because the subsequent links will be in English. Any way to fix that, so language neutral node links aren't affected?

tsimms CreditAttribution: tsimms commentedHmmm.. I may have misunderstood what this module does. After rereading, I see the purpose of it is to redirect to the language set by the user. I was originally thinking it was used to redirect to the language set by the URL (even if the node id were that of a page of a different language). Is my assessment accurate, and if so, is there a way to tweak the logic to look at the language set by the URL instead of the language in the user profile?
Thanks!
