Over the past couple of months, I've begun receiving emails like this from service@paypal.com, stemming from my use of Moneysuite on my site and whatever it's doing when handling PayPal payments. Whatever changed on PayPal's end, the Moneysuite module's settings are no longer in compliance with PayPal's requirements RE: Instant Payment Notifications.
Sadly, I don't know enough about creating/modding modules to know what to do about it, but I don't want to be penalized by having IPNs disabled for my PayPal account as a result of it. Please help!
Hello Jason Wood ,
Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:
http://yoursite.com/paypal/backend
If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.
Thanks,
PayPal
