I have set up a pay to publish plan for a particular content type and have PayPal and MS Credits set up as payment gateways (although I have not tested PayPal thoroughly yet and it may have the same issues as MS Credits). The pay to publish plan is set to have recurring billing once per month at 1 credit. If I add a node I am taken to the checkout where if I choose to use credits I am taken to the thank you page and a message is displayed telling me that 1 credit has been deducted. I also receive a thank you for your purchase email.

Looking at paid content I can see the item with a status of Active - Recurring. I can also go to my order history and see the order. In both cases the next payment date can be seen as being next month.

After a month has passed, no credits have been deducted and the next payment date is now missing from the order page and is N/A on the next payment column on the paid content view / listing page.
