Duplicate Array Key - ms_core->ms_paypal_wps.module

Issue: Upon troubleshooting the problem below I found a change as indicated in the image attached where there is a duplicate array key present at lines 249-350 in ms_paypal_wps.module. This is the area that controls the recurring payment information sent to Paypal causing a failure to receive the information that the correct recurring schedule was created.

Byproduct: rec_payment failed setting the trial amount to the full amount despite the trial option being disabled.
