use regex for blacklist patterns

I am not sure why this is not already available; so wondering if possibly i just misunderstand the contains/exact definition for the blacklist.

I want to filter anything which has an email domain like @[anything].ru - is this currently possible?

if i add "contains .ru" this will also filter out tom.RUtherford@gamil.com, which i do not want.
