Allow the import or bulk addition of terms to blacklists

It would be amazing if there was a way to import or bulk add items to the blacklists. Every time we get ready to roll out a new site, it is both monotonous and somewhat draining to have to add dozens of (nasty) words in order to prevent stuff from getting through. Maybe something like the Taxonomy Manager add terms functionality, if that seems reasonable (see screenshot).

Another option would be the ability to create a feature that contains the lists or possibly a feed importer with mapping to blacklists.
