Remember last selected filter in "Available updates" page.

The reason I personally mostly visit this page is to do exactly what its title says. So, I think that it would be perfect if the "Update available" radio button was the default filter instead of "All". If people disagree on this, then can we at least have it so the last selected filter is selected when one revisits this page? If it was so, then this would serve as a per-installation auto-personalized setting.

Another idea in order to make this optional would be to add a "Remember my selection each time I visit this page" checkbox. If people feel this adds too much noise/clutter, it can still be a setting in the "Settings" tab (../admin/reports/updates/settings) of the same page ;)
