Clarify in the project's page that people not fond of the vertical tabs should use instantfilter instead. [#1356426]

This issue is filed merely in order to make a point to a debate that started @ #538904: D8UX: Redesign Modules Page (comments #249, #253, #255 & #258)over if the entirety of Module filter project's 14,000 users like the use of vertical tabs it provides or they simply want to use the filtering part alone.

So, let's make it clear that if they don't like the vtabs, they should instead consider using instantfilter. After enough time(tm) has passed we can check to see how the usage count has shifted over one project or the other. Shall we?

PS: ...this issue's title could also be "Prove that #1348692: Vertical Tabs for the Modules page is considered useful by most users"

I can't justify telling people to use a separate module if they don't like the implementation of the tabs when the module has (ever since the addition of tabs) a setting to disable the tabs. I'm all for determining how many users appreciate or don't appreciate vertical tabs, but perhaps a poll would be more affective. I would be more than willing to link to the poll on the project's page.

Fair enough James. I stopped following #538904: D8UX: Redesign Modules Page anyways since after a bit more than two years I concluded that -when it comes to core- what the community thinks is good doesn't matter to the only two people with commit access. In the end we'll get what they feel is right no matter our opinions (or any polls for what its worth). There's absolutely no point in trying to make a point anyways - I guess that's one of the major reasons why contrib thrives :/
