I noticed this issue was posted recently but also noticed that your using version "7.x-1.x-dev" - Have you tried the latest stable version? "7.x-1.0-alpha2" is what is currently listed on the project page.

If your attempting to build a custom module, using model project as a base starter - you may want to zip and post your module as an attachment for someone to fully review what is happening with your custom alterations.

Actually I'm always have the Model installed in my development site, for a reference of my custom entities module.

This error happens on the drupal core upgrade and also happens on the modules update when needs menu rebuilt.

However, it doesn't have any real bad effects, just posting for people get the same issue.
