Ref. #2068405: Allow a GUI to set, reset and configure mock objects

On admin/config/development/mockable, a "mock all data" checkbox would be nice to automatically select all throgh JS.

This might be useful if we have several different components using mock objects on our site. For now I haven't really had the need for this, so I'll leave it open in case someone else wants to work on it.
