Getting content twice if an error occur to page.

Hi, I am working on a drupal site and using jquery mobile theme to render the pages on mobile devices. I am having unusual behavior on the pages. If i am getting an php error (through drupal $messages) at screen that time content of the page repeated twice. It's exact replica of the content what i displayed on the page, due to this my scripts stopped working (because id's get repeated) until i make a page refresh.

Please help me in this case.
