Added a new configuration tab "UI translations", allowing to export/import mms.data.inc (the UI data) to/from nodes where they may be edited using MMS translations input capabilities. This allows to easily add UI translations for new languages.

Th help file (originally written for the Multilang predecessor module) has been totally updated to cover MMS new features and behaviour.
