Hi there,

Firstly thankyou for rebuilding this theme around AT, Ive installed it all perfectly.

Secondly, on the D6 version i used to use on my previous D6 site we had menu options for blocks etc? Here we could drop the bullet points and have other options - one of which was an 'underline'. Is there any plans to bring those options back as it produced a very nice clean look to the menu blocks on my site.

Thirdly, page colouring - again on my previous site we had the ability to colour the page - as in a node not the background colouring (which i have set as black - i would like the nodes to be green). This appears to be missing on 7.x-2.1. Am I missing something? I have the skinR module as well but upon trying to edit skin on the individual node and selecting green from the background colour it doesnt do anything? or does this relate to the whole background and not the node background?

I realise the new theme is still in day one of the new release but thought you might appreciate the feedback so far.

To give the page colouring a decent name:

'Main content region background colour'

Is what we need on this version :-)

Ref: Page colouring - I have managed it!

For others, with the skinr module enabled, click on the edit skin symbol on the front node and select the background colour. If this doesn't display it first time, click on the other symbol next to it and ADD the Default group to the area, select the colour, save, and save the group and it should work.

Still no fix for the menu tho??

Thanks for the feedback! The menu styles were a part of the Fusion base theme, not provided by Mix and Match (although I did tweak them slightly). Right now, I have not added any of the skins that came from the Fusion base, only the colors and styles that were always part of Mix and Match. I don't really want to have to maintain everything that Fusion had, and some of their skins wouldn't work anyway without the grid system. That said, I'd be happy to add in some of the skins if there is a demand and they are not too complex. I think the menu underlines are a reasonable thing to add so I will try to work that in a future release.

Excellent, I look forward to the menu underline styling options

Another Issue I have found is that on the Layout and general settings > Extensions > enabled the Mark Up Overrides > Hide or Remove > 'Remove the frontpage title'

It doesnt seem to work even though I have enabled it in M&M and AT? The remove RSS works fine though? Is this a bug?

Another thing that I personally would like to do and that is see some theme option to remove the Teaser on the front page, which despite disabling Teaser and enabling Full Content at admin/structure/types/manage/page/display it still displays? Is there an option to build in something to disable this on a theme level and fix a long standing drupal issue which seems only to be solved by css?

Excellent theme though, the theme demo site requires some very detailed instructions but I'm, sure that will follow.

Thanks,

The 'Remove the frontpage title' feature is working fine for me. Is there something unusual about your home page setup?

I'm also not sure what you mean about the teaser on the home page. You've got the body field format set to Default on the admin page you refer to? And you've set the default front page node at admin/config/system/site-information? If it's not set, then you just get a list of node teasers by default. If that's the case then it may explain why you are still seeing a title, because it might not be the page title, but the title for the teaser in the list (h2, not h1). In general, it sounds like you just have a configuration issue somewhere, and this is probably not a theme related thing.

I realize the theme does need some documentation and will try to get to that soon. In the meantime, I'd strongly recommend going through the AT docs (http://adaptivethemes.com/documentation). Most of the features that are more complicated to configure are from AT and not M&M. This theme is primarily just adding the color settings.

Spot on!

I didn't realise you had to set a node on site info for the remove front title to work, having done so its now removing it, thank you.

This also removes the teaser issue for me.

Perhaps another thing for the documentation.

What you are suggesting be added to documentation is not really related to the theme but general drupal site configuration. Should be covered well already in regular drupal documentation.
