Follow-up to #2429135: Implement basics of beer example in D8

Port the migrate_example wine migrations to Drupal 8. We'll just get the basics going in this issue, and will post follow-ups to fill in any additional details. Notably, a number of the migrations use an XML source, which we do not yet have.
