Overrides should be documented

Problem/Motivation

There is an undocumented feature of this module called "overrides" where you can create an "overrides" directory within the default_content directory and alter the automatically generated migrations.

This needs to be documented since it is incredibly useful.

Proposed resolution

Document overrides and provide examples.
