On line 199 of plugins/destinations/entity.inc, if the $error_list is not an array, a PHP error is generated and the import does not proceed. I'll attach a patch below.

Thanks BenStallings! Ran into this problem - applied patch, tested & problem is resolved OMM with PHP 5.3.29 and MySQL 5.5.42.
