metatag 7.x-1.15

This release includes a few important fixes and some notable new features. The most important changes are:

• Previous releases would flood the locales_source table with output strings even when output translation was disabled, which happened to be the default. This has been fixed.
• Meta tags can be indexed via Search API, thanks to stefan.r for the addition.
• Several new meta tags have been added, including fb:pages, apple-mobile-web-app-title and validation tags for additional tags.
• Image meta tags will have spaces replaced with "%20" to help avoid validation errors.
