Hello, metatag does not show a title if it is overwritten in a contextual filter. I tried [current-page:title] and [view:title]... Neither of the tokens works. Any Ideas?

alanyong CreditAttribution: alanyong commentedIs this issue fixed ? I updated latest version 8.x-1.5 and seems still got the same issue. For now I have to create multiple views filter with categories to get page title. It's ain't convenience at all.

DamienMcKennaThis problem won't be fixed until this issue is marked "Fixed". Right now nobody has worked on it, nobody has uploaded a patch to fix the problem, so it hasn't been fixed yet.

alanyong CreditAttribution: alanyong commentedI updated Drupal version to 8.5.6 and it seems worked. I can anyone have this problem can try to update Drupal version and test [view:title]. But I'm not quite sure this is the exact solution to fix this bug.

DamienMcKennaFYI the status "needs work" is for when there's a patch available but the patch needs further work, it isn't a general statement for saying "someone needs to work on this".
