Aargh, yes. I need this functionality for Commerce Kickstart, because I can't find a token (or any combination of tokens) that will print the order summary info in an HTML email through Rules.

My use case is that my client wants different people to receive the admin notification depending on what type of item is ordered. So it would be great if, when their staffing changes, they could just assign the new user the appropriate role and then the correct person would automatically receive the proper notifications. As it is, I will have to go in and edit the rules if they need to change the recipient of the email.
