This module takes user entered menu links and attempts to convert them to internal or local paths when possible.
This is useful for sites where general users can enter links and they may enter a fully qualified URL (http://www.example.com/whatever) instead of using the entity autocomplete or using an internal entity path. While redirects will pick up this issue, by having the correct internal path or entity route saved instead the menu will automatically reflect the updated change, no redirects necessary.
