No uploaded image is saved, in spite of the happy confirmation message saying it has been.

acrollet CreditAttribution: acrollet commentedThis text appears no-where in the menu icons module, I believe this issue should actually be posted under Menu Image. So, I'm moving it to that queue.

jenlamptonI'm not using the menu image module, menu icons is the only one that adds an image upload field to the menu item form. I'm doing some form_alter magic to change the title of the field (since we are not using icons, but photos instead.) I'll turn off my custom module and see of the -dev version solves this problem.

jenlamptonYep, the dev version demanded a rewrite of my own code, this bug was my own fault. :)
