#585864: How to get this nice module working?? reports that enabling Node Hierarchy module will disable the use of Menu Breadcrumb. Probably related to menu_breadcrumb_init() which should be fixed with #599106: Reason for using hook_init?. Opening this issue to investigate when that one is done.
