In the contextual links of menu blocks created with core, there's a link to 'Edit Menu' (in addition to 'Edit Block').

Now that I'm using Menu Block, this option no longer appears.

Patch attached, which sets the same contextual links group as menu_ui would, allowing menu_ui's 'Edit menu' link to be displayed.
