This might instead be considered a bug with Node Embed.

Node Embed offers its own custom display type for any given content type, and I have taken care to set it the same as for Default and Teaser, but a node embed (like [[nid:1234]]) only shows the title of the video page, not the video.

MediaFront does no better under Node Embed.
